Broadway star Sara Jean Ford joins the VSO for hits from the Great American Songbook. Orchestral favorites from the world of opera add drama, fantasy, and exoticism to the songful theme.  As always, the concert closes with the spectacular 1812 Overture, marches, and fireworks.
